Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped with DHL Express.

Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on destination:

  • Denmark: typically 1–2 business days

  • Europe (EU): typically 2–5 business days

  • United Kingdom: typically 2–5 business days

  • United States: typically 3–7 business days

Please note that these are estimates provided by DHL Express. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance.

Shipping Fees
All fees are calculated per shipment up to 2.5 kg:

  • Denmark: 98 DKK

  • EU: 180 DKK

  • UK: 213 DKK

  • USA: 285 DKK

Currently, we do not ship to other countries outside of those listed above.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. DHL may contact you directly regarding these charges.

If you refuse to pay any applicable duties or taxes upon delivery, the package may be returned to us at your expense. Any costs incurred (including return shipping fees) will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once your order has been handed over to DHL Express, we are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or issues caused by the carrier. However, we will do our best to help resolve any problems.
