Refund policy
We hope you are happy with your jewellery, but if for any reason you need to make a return, we kindly ask that it is done within 10 business days from the date your order was placed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns made after this period.
All returned items must be undamaged, unused, and free from any signs of wear. To ensure the safe handling of the jewellery, it is required that items are sent back in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Customers are responsible for covering all costs associated with returning an item, including shipping fees and any additional expenses incurred. These costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Refunds for approved returns will be issued in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds.
